A simple sympathy

For today’s inspiration I thought I would share a simple sympathy card.

The thing with sympathy cards is that you are never in the mood to make them when you need them. So I think it’s always good to have some made up ahead of time. 

I used the very vanilla thick cardstock as the base and layered with Petal pink cardstock and soft suede cardstock and an embossed piece of very vanilla. 

It’s easy to craft when you use items belonging to the same suite so I stuck with everything from the Pressed Petals suite. 

The pressed petals specialty washi tape was an easy accent as well as the Petal Labels dies.
