Watch it Wednesday: Tea for a Friend

Our recent technique class was fun.  I focused on fancy folds and in my "research" for the class I came across a really neat tea bag holder.  I thought it was perfect to put onto the front of a card.

It was perfect timing that I made this card since a girlfriend was planning a special birthday surprise for a friend of ours at church.  Anna was celebrating a birthday and it was decided that we would each get her a teacup as she is always so hospitable about inviting us over to her home for tea.  Each teacup was unique.

Of course it's no secret in our gang of girls that I am the cardmaking/stamping one.  So I was asked if I could bring the card for us to sign and did I have something that had to do with tea?  Woah! Perfect!

If you want to learn how to do this origami fold, check out today's watch it Wednesday video.
Here's the supply list for the card.  To visit my online store, just click on any of the images.
