Heart & Home

Thank you for dropping in today as I participate in the Trip Achievers Blog hop. Demonstrators from all around the world, who earned the incentive trip, will be sharing a variety of projects to help inspire your creativity!

My name is Genevieve Ko and I'm so glad you've hopped over to my blog today.

Here's a card that I recently created for my fundraiser for Northwind Family Ministries.

This card comes together so easily using the Memories & More notecards and the Memories and More Card pack. (supply list below)

I wanted as many people as possible to register for this fundraiser class so I could raise as much funds as possible so I wanted to keep the cards easy to make... even for non-stampers.

The stickers and preprinted card pieces make creating a breeze!

Cards don't have to be complicated to be beautiful!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the fundraiser by either purchasing the 10 card class or making a donation.

Half of the kits that were funded will be used tonight with clients of Northwind as we craft over zoom. I can't wait!

The other half of the kits that were funded will be taken up to the Northern reserves when the Northwind team flies up to provide support.

A Sneak Peek of Some Pretty Cards

I had a lot of fun this morning making the cards for the flash fundraiser I just announced.

Here's a little sneak peek

The crafty sessions I have been doing with my northern friends (based on the generosity of those who helped sponsor kits) was so appreciated by them and they were so disappointed that there wasn't another session planned.

That's how this fundraiser was born! A portion of every class kit registration will go towards funding another crafting box for these clients of Northwind Family Ministries.

It's easy to make a difference and participate in this fundraiser!

1. Register for my Flash Fundraiser Blessings of Home 10 card class

You'll make 10 different cards using the supplies and tutorials provided. You'll love these sweet and pretty cards. You make the cards on your own time at your own leisure. The cost is $45 which includes the donation. Register by Feb. 19th HERE

2. Share the information with friends and family and encourage them to register to receive their cardmaking kit too! You can do it together for even more fun and you'll know you're supporting a great cause.

This is a class you do on your own time using the tutorials I provide to you.

No special crafty skills are required so why not order this class for yourself and one for a friend and enjoy creating a Christmas stack of cards together?

Christmas Create a Stack Make 10 Christmas cards (2 of 5 designs) on your own time at your own pace using the provided precut cardstock, kit, envelopes, embellishments and tutorials. Such a Pretty Hand-Penned sample

Were you able to catch my live video earlier this week? Just in case you missed it I'll share the video replay below.

I'll also paste the supply list below.

I was all excited stamping the card in the live video I totally forgot to mention that next week's Tuesday @ 2 live video will be in my facebook group (not in the usual place of my page).

I'm going to be kicking off the new catalogue facebook party on Tuesday May 18th and I thought there would be more opportunity to interact in the group. So mark your calendar now and look for me on Tuesday in my facebook group!

I am so happy I decided to use the Hand-Penned Memories and More Notecards and envelopes for the project. These notecards are already preprinted so they give a soft, beautiful backdrop to whatever you decided to do with them.

Here's how I used it:

Of course I had to use the coordinating hand penned petals stamp set and hand penned designer series paper (dsp).

Simple yet oh so satisfying!!

The coordinating envelope included with the notecards are the final, beautiful touch!
