I few weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing a private class for my husband. He will be my favourite host ever. (sorry to anyone who has ever hosted before or who will host after).
Isn't he cute hard at work here?
Now lest you think I begged and pleaded for him to host because I didn't have enough stampin' events to do, that was not the case at all.
It came about because I came home from this event full of excitement because I saw so many cute things including a Keurig cup holder.
When Kevin heard Keurig cup holder he thought this would be fun to make for the teachers at his school for teacher appreciation day then he said it would be fun to do with his other principal friends. Of course I thought this was a most brilliant idea. We picked a date and I set to figuring out the best project to make. This was actually the most difficult part since Kevin and some of his colleagues needed to make 40 of these in one go. Yes. 40!!!
The fancy keurig holder I saw at the aforementioned event involved a lot of cutting and scoring and that just would not do. I typically try to have people leave my private classes happy and accomplished. Not overworked and stressed. :-)
Here's what I came up with:
I'm pleased to say although everyone wasn't able to finish tying the tags to the bags, everyone finished the stamping and making the tags and stuffing the bags with the little treats and filler. (Personally I think they would have finished but there was an unexpected tour of Kevin's school that took up a big chunk of time)
Anyway I think everyone enjoyed the time. All those principals just sat and talked about their schools. It was quite amusing to me.
So that's the story about my favourite host ever.
Make sure to contact me so you can be a host and enjoy all the perks and have a fun time with your friends.
Thanks for dropping in today!
