Scrapbook with Affectionately Yours Suite

The best part of a new catalogue is getting boxes full of new product to play with!  I knew for this month's Memories Matter Class I would be using some pretty new designer series paper.  There are so many pretty papers in this catalogue how could I note start using them right away?

Here's the 12X12 scrapbook spread I designed. It's all ready for me to just drop in some photos!  Memories Matter!  That's why I still take photos and I still develop the pictures.  I want to put them in an album so our family and friends can enjoy the memories over and over again!

I absolutely love the sentiments in the Love and Affection Stamp set.
The co-ordinating washi tape is also super fun and easy to use.  I love the hints of copper.

Here's a close up of the flower that I stamped and heat embossed with the new copper embossing powder.

Hope these photos get your stampin' mojo flowing!  Take some time to create today or sign up for my next class! Need supplies?  Feel free to visit my online store!

another digital scrapbook page

Here's a quick page I did with a picture of my hubby at his new job posing with olympic bobsleder Shelley Ann Brown. It was a breeze to do this page but what I thought was great was using that funny flourish image. I have no idea what that stamp set is called (sorry) I always skip by that page in the catalogue with the sports things but I was glad it was included on my digital studio since it seems perfect for this page. I also like how my journalling looks neat and tidy rather than my usual messy handwriting.
