One technique: three different cards

Just thought I'd share a technique I showed my club girls last week. I was playing with this technique and wound up with three different card designs.

This technique involves an embossing folder (in this case finial press) and cherry cobbler ink and frost white shimmer paint. It's so nice to have bling and shine on holiday cards. Actually, who's kidding who? Women love shine anytime of year!

Christmas card class

So another year, another 40 Christmas card class. Here are some of the pictures from the class. There were lots of ladies, laughter and creativity. I would say that most women decided to take the Simply Scrappin Kit and go their own creative way instead of following my ideas exactly. However, many still got their 40 cards done in 3 and a half hours while the others had less cards but more creativity.

Those Simply Scrappin kits are so misnamed because they are not just for scrappin!

You'll see that some of the pictures are not at my home. That's because the 40 card class filled up and Mimi decided she would still love to do the class with her friends so she found enough friends to do a private 40 card class at her home. Yes, I have stamps and will travel!
