First Day of Backstage Convention Activities

I'm here at the Stampin' Up! leaders convention called Backstage.  It's in Las Vegas this year. 

I'm not going to lie....I am so grateful to see sunshine! 

Something about an in person event is magical.  There's an energy and excitement that makes it extra special. 

This convention focuses on training and information for demonstrators who are leaders so often it's mostly networking and presentations. 

However, this year they even included a little stamping with newly released product: 

I didn't get to stamp since I was too busy visiting with people but I did manage to snap this photo

The idea was to create cards to send to demonstrator team members to encourage them. 

It's hard to see the products used on this card so I"ll paste photos of the new products below so you can see them.

The card also uses the tried and true hexagon punch

Anyway, as I mentioned, the connections and learning are a huge part of the experience. 

Since I work as a staff member for Stampin' Up!, I had some responsibilities and one of them is to coach and support demonstrator presenters. 

We are presenting at one of the breakout sessions.

So it's another full day today but I couldn't resist sharing some of the fun going on here. 

I think it's such a great opportunity to be part of a community that loves to create and share and learn together!
