It's an easy but fun technique and a great way to use Stampin' Write Markers
You can buy the markers in colour families (in color, subtles, regals, brights and neutrals) or buy the whole thing and have all the colours (excluding in colours)!
To do this technique the stampin' spritzers are also super helpful
