Update edit: I loved this class so much I am doing it again! Register for the "reprise" cow class by May 1st 2024 HERE
Saturday was all about cows.
I knew I had to sit down and design the cards for the cutest cows class. (see details and registration for this class HERE)
I was excited to spend my Saturday stamping and creating.
I really had no idea what kind of cards I would make but I figured the first step was to take out the stamps and play!
I couldn't believe how happy I was with each and every card I made.
Sometimes when I'm making cards for a class there's some cards I like more than others but this past Saturday I loved every single one of them!
This stamp set is so adorable!
As usual, the stamp set does not do justice to the power of the cuteness of the finished projects
This stamp set has a coordinating punch too!
You can make punch art cows!
EEEk!
As I started creating the cards for the class, I would run upstairs and show my son and husband my cute creations.
Usually my show and tell would start and end with shrieking (the happy kind) and they really had no choice but to agree that the card in question was adorable.
I even texted my stampin' bestie and partner for the Gen & Jen stamp camp, Jennifer cotton, and told her that I had created the cutest cards the world has ever known for our Cutest Cows class.
Her response was short and to the point: "HA!"
Once I started creating I just couldn't stop.
Here's a sneak peek of two of the cards for the class:
Don't you agree these are some pretty cute cards????
Alas, I could not stay in my happy cow bubble in my craft cave because we had plans to pick up my oldest son from the subway and go for lunch.
Of course as soon as he hopped into the car in the parking lot at the Subway station, I immediately told him about my happy morning making cow cards. I explained that these were the cutest cards I had ever made in my life. (A very grand claim considering I have been stamping for over 16 years)
We went for lunch to Chick Fil A since my youngest son has been craving a chicken sandwich.
It sure was a delicious chicken sandwich. While we were having lunch, the Chick Fil A mascot came out to visit the patrons.
Did you know the chick fil A mascot is a COW??
What a wonderful addition to my cutest cow day!
I made sure to get a photo with the cow
Of course, as soon as we got home I had to show my oldest son my cow cards. He also agreed they were some pretty cute cards.
I just had to share my happy Saturday Cutest Cow day with you!
I hope you'll join my Cutest Cows class and experience some happy cow stamping too!
Deadline to register is Feb. 1st.
