stampin4fun: Serving this Season

In the busy-ness of life it's really easy to forget to do acts of service. This Christmas season is a reminder that Jesus is the one who brings light to the darkness and as a follower of Jesus I can do my part to bring some of His love and light.

Here's a few things I've been involved with recently.

Thank you sooooo much to those of you who helped sponsor an all inclusive crafting box for clients of Northwind Family Ministries.

We had our first crafty session earlier this month. I was over zoom with one client and others were in person at the Northwind office. Although it felt very odd to be on zoom while most were in person, I could tell they were having fun due to the laughter!

I love hearing the happy sounds that come when people get together to craft!

Here's our church small group making care bags for front line workers

I was also able to squeeze in a little time at the church food pantry to help pack food boxes for some families in the community.

It was great to see another church attendee that I haven't seen in person for almost two years!

I'm hoping at the next stamp camp event I'll be able to reinstitute the food collection for the pantry again! The shelves are getting a bit bare!

I'll probably be taking a couple days off my computer to spend time with family celebrating Christmas.
