Do you have a favourite stamp set?
I don't know if I could narrow everything down to just ONE favourite stamp set. I have lots of favourites!
The Beautiful Friendship set is one of those favourites!
You can't tell from the photo how gorgeous this stamp set is when used in real life.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of leading a stampin' social where the hostess picked this set as her feature stamp set. Everyone made 8 cards (two of each design) and the host received some extra special gifts too as a thank you for hosting!
Here's one of the cards we made: (I'll post the supply list below)
Since all the cards we made had a similar colour theme I thought it would be fun to show everyone how easy it is to make a coordinating folder to hold the cards.
Go ahead and use these measurements to try to make your own folder to hold cards.
On the long side, Score 8 1/2" X 11" piece of cardstock at 5 1/2"
Turn cardstock 90 degrees and score at 2 1/4" on the short side.
Fold on score lines. on the pocket flap, use paper snips to cut out a small "v" with the point of the "v" meeting at where the score lines intersect.
Use Tear and Tape adhesive to adhere edge of flap so it creates a pocket. Do the same on the other side.
Decorate front as desired!
Voila!
