Do you have any stamp sets that you purchased because you love it but just never got around to using?
Very Versailles is that stamp set for me.
I loved the vintage images in this set and I had to own it.
When our Team S.T.I.C swap came around this month I decided that this set needed to see some ink!
I had in my mind to make a sympathy card for someone and I felt like the soft images would work well.
(because if you're making 10 cards for a swap you may as well make one or two more since all the supplies are out anyway)
I used Merry Merlot ink and cardstock which I think is a colour that works amazingly well for vintage feel cards.

I also used the new blending brushes and some soft suede ink to give the card more of a vintage, aged feel.
