I have a confession. Any other occasion or any other time of year, the colour delightful dijon does not seem to be very delightful to me at all. I won't tell you what the colour reminds me of because it would throw off your appetite if you are reading my blog over your lunch break.
However....I will admit it is the perfect colour for fall projects. When I sat down to create a fall layout I went straight to my delightful dijon cardstock as the base.
I then used the designer series paper in color stack to cut 1/2"X12" strips to lay around the outside.
The rest of the layout came together quickly because I knew making it simple and symmetrical would be easy and fast. So, that's my tip for today's tip Thursday...make both sides of your layout match. It gives a clean and simple look that is easy on the eyes and not overwhelming.
I used the vintage leaves stamp set and leaflets framelits to create the interest on this layout.
Can I just say I am IN LOVE with the pumpkin pie glimmer paper?

I am making a change in my business. My monthly Memories Matter Scrapbooking Class will be ending. November will be the last month. Instead, I will be offering monthly Craft n Chat sessions on Sunday afternoons (second Sunday of each month) where we will sit and craft.
