Back to school

The first ever Kids Can Craft Camp is in full swing and the kids have been having fun! Each camp day had a theme and yesterday was Back to School theme. Here is one craft the kids made. It's their own little pencil box using the full size wood mount cases abailable in the catalogue. There was serious washi tape love. Check out how my daughter used the washi tape to decorate the spine of her box. (Side story here: my husband heard me talking about washi tape and thought it was such a weird name. I explained that I thought it came from Japan so it's a Japanese thing. Since then he still can't remember what to call it and ends up calling it either wasabi tape or sushi tape! Ha ha ha!)
